These are a few of the prayers that you can find through-out the scriptures to help.
“When you pray, you are not to be like the hypocrites; for they love to stand and pray in the synagogues and on the street corners so that they may be seen by men. Truly I say to you, they have their reward in full. But you, when you pray, go into your inner room, close your door and pray to your Father who is in secret, and your Father who sees what is done in secret will reward you. “And when you are praying, do not use meaningless repetition as the Gentiles do, for they suppose that they will be heard for their many words. So do not be like them; for your Father knows what you need before you ask Him. (Matthew 6:5-8 NASB)
‘Our Father who is in heaven, Hallowed be Your name, your will be done, On earth as it is in heaven. (Matthew 6:9-10 NASB)
Whenever you stand praying, forgive, if you have anything against anyone, so that your Father who is in heaven will also forgive you your transgressions. [But if you do not forgive, neither will your Father who is in heaven forgive your transgressions.”] (Mark 11:25-26 NASB).
Pray to God and ask for the spiritual wisdom and understanding that will help you be filled with the knowledge of His will, so that you can walk in a manner worthy of the Lord, fully pleasing to him: bearing fruit in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God and being mindful about striving to do His will, and getting rid of any bitterness, jealously, self-centeredness, self-ambition, envy also being mindful of the help needed with guiding you as you walk with integrity and sowing peace being mindful always fearing the Lord (Proverbs 2:1-9 NASB, Proverbs 16:7, Proverbs 23:17, Matthew 7:21, Matthew 17:5, Romans 12:2, Romans 15:14, 1 Corinthians 1:4-9, 2 Corinthians 2:14, 2 Corinthians 5:6-9 NASB, Colossians 1:1-14, James 1:5,17,3:17).

Fathers, do not provoke your children to anger, but bring them up in the discipline and instruction of the Lord (Ephesians 6:1-4 NASB, Colossians 3:20).
Pray that your faith is strengthened and that as you seek God for help to be more like His Beloved Son Jesus with being able to deny self, take up your cross daily and follow Him (Hebrews 11:6, Luke 9:23 NASB), also pray that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men; For kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty. For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour; Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth.
